By registering for the Rattle your Bones Awareness Fun Run, and accepting the terms and conditions of this indemnity form, you agree not to hold the Board of NOFSA, any sponsors, venue, or any person assisting in the organisation, or hosting the fun run, liable for any injury or illness which you may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of participating in the fun run, or for any damage to your possessions or loss of as a result of participating in the fun run. You confirm that this special agreement is entered into for the benefit of NOFSA, the sponsors, the venue and the persons assisting in the organising and hosting of the race.
